Beguiling the Enemy

Dark and brooding tension from the get go! Kane is the type of anti-hero that one just cannot help being drawn to. My own pulses race along with Caitlin’s – the sexual tension is so tangible that one can physically feel every touch and breath.
For me, Caitlin needs to show more of her flaws and insecurities, as so far she is coming across as too much of a superwoman – although I’m sure we will see those soon.
Kane is exactly what one would expect from a creature of his power and presence, and it will be really interesting to see how his character changes and becomes softer through his interaction with Caitlin. It’s refreshing that Kane’s sexiness is less about his looks (although of course he sounds gorgeous), but more about who and what he is. He is mysterious and the forbidden guilty pleasure.
Brilliantly written – tight, neat, engaging, exciting, pulls at the imagination creating the world inside one’s head and leaves one breathless.
